RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Theralogixx

At Theralogixx, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our supplements and want you to feel confident in every purchase you make.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate address. For your security, use a trackable shipping method when sending returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll be notified via email when the refund is complete.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
